In the regions pavilion each constituent region presents itself alongside its neighbours, and the content addresses the task of recognition: in the short time a visitor spends at the stand, they should read the character and face of the Far East. The multimedia takes on this role here – giving the region a visual voice among dozens of other stands.
The work belongs to the studio's line of exhibition stands and CG content. The format of the “Russia” exhibition is a federal review of the regions, and the Far East stand fits into this common line while remaining recognisable through its own multimedia design. For a territory of this scale it is also a matter of representation: a single stand has to contain an enormous region and present it as a whole, without reducing everything to a set of generic shots.
